西安北村精密机械有限公司成立于2000年4月，地处西安高新技术开发区，是国内最早引进国外先进技术及生产经验的生产精密数控机床的中日合资企业。
公司主要从事小型精密数控机床的研发与生产，产品分为XKNC系列排刀式CNC车床、TX系列回转刀塔式CNC车床、S系列纵切式CNC车床、ZJ系列自动钻铣专机、兄弟BROTHER系列加工中心、与日本KIRA合作生产的系列加工中心，与日本曙机械合作自动裁断机系列七大类共计50多种规格。产品广泛应用于通讯、制冷、光学仪器、家电、汽车、摩托车、电子、特种电机、钟表业等行业。

Xi'an Kitamura Precision Machine Works Co., Ltd., founded in April 2000, and located in Xi'an High-tech Industry Development Area, is a Sino-Japanese joint venture. It is the first enterprise in China that introduced advanced foreign technology and production experience to produce precision CNC machine tools.
The company is mainly engaged in the research, development and production of precision CNC machine tools. It has seven categories of products with more than 50 specifications, i.e. XKNC-series gang tool type CNC lathe, TX-series turret type CNC lathe, S-series Swiss type CNC lathe, ZJ-series automated drilling and milling special machine, Brother-series machining center, XKNC-KIRA production center which is cooperation with KIRA of JAPAN,and the automated cutting machines developed in cooperation with AKEBONO Machine Industries Co Ltd.
